This parking garage is unique from the perspective it has four levels below ground and the top level is a Soccer field for UC Berkley. Erection time was 20 days and because of its location cranes were lowered into the site.
The 310,000 square foot structure consists of 102 columuns, 306 beams and 14 transfer girders.
